DescriptionUnder the glass roof, the table d'hôte. The view embraces the Mont Blanc massif. In this elegant and warm site, designed by Sybille de Margerie, there is no need to show off. Just tame the wild, with finesse and seasonal products. Respecting tradition, yes, but never boredom! Chef Mickey Bourdillat does not limit his inspiration to the products of the most beautiful French Alpine valleys. His cuisine is a journey through the Alps, the Aosta Valley and even the Mediterranean Basin. Each dish on the seasonal menu is an invitation to share and enjoy, values so dear to the mountain people and the chef.
