DescriptionThe concept of this hotel is based on one of the best stories of female mountaineering, that of Isabelle Straton. This woman made the first winter ascent of Mont Blanc in 1875 with her guide Jean Esteril Charlet Straton (who later became her husband).
Her granddaughter opened this hotel in Chamonix and in homage to her grandmother she called it "Pointe Isabelle".
Inside the hotel, you will discover elements of Isabella and Jean Esteril's story.
The Pointe Isabelle has 72 spacious and comfortable rooms, most with a balcony and a view of the Mont Blanc or the Chamonix mountains.
THE BISTRO:
We are open for breakfast (7am-10am), lunch (12pm-2:30pm) and dinner (7-10pm) in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the summer, come and enjoy a glass of wine and or a good coffee on the terrace. Bar open all day.
We also have meeting rooms available for conferences, private parties, exhibitions, receptions with a capacity of 4-60 people.
