For corporate meetings or seminars under one roof, many hotels have their own meeting rooms or work spaces. From 15 to 300 people, many of these rooms can be sub-divided into smaller meeting spaces and are fitted with standard work equipment and video-projectors.

At the Cinema Vox auditorium

The Cinema Vox, only 200m from the Majestic, proposes 3 auditorium rooms of 271 seats (with stage space of 65 m2), of 141 seats (stage of 20 m2) and 80 seats. Each auditorium provides lectern, audio-video-internet connection, HF sound system and numeric projectors for any size of images on large screen 16.9 with numeric sound 7.1.

 

At the Congress Centre

As a complement to your own hotel facilities, or if your hotel does not have a conference room, you can reserve one or more rooms at the Majestic Congress Centre.  It provides 9 conference rooms with a capacity of 15 to 350 people.  These rooms can be used for a wide range of activities, whatever the size of your seminar.
